Our fully licensed MOT testing workshop uses the latest equipment giving us the ability to test all makes and models of petrol and diesel cars and LCVs as well as Motorbikes and Trikes. This includes the equipment to comply with the 2015 diesel emissions regulation.

The MOT test (from the Ministry of Transport) is a mandatory annual test of safety, road-worthiness and exhaust emissions for vehicles over three years old. It is enforced by making the possession of a current valid MOT certificate compulsory when purchasing a Vehicle Excise Duty tax disc.
When your vehicle is three years old the first MOT test is due. After that, you have to get the vehicle tested every 12 months in the UK.
You are allowed to get the vehicle MOT tested up to 28 days prior to the annual test date and have an effective 13 month MOT.
